MODSCAPE MODULAR HOUSING TIME-LAPSE

Modscape is an Australian owned and operated company that utilises the benefits of modular design and prefabrication to create architecturally designed, innovative sustainable homes and commercial projects.

I was commissioned to capture their design and construction process as a miniature time-lapse video. Produced over a period of twelve months, the video is made up over 20,000 still images captured from scissor lifts, drones and even the Modscape warehouse rooftop.

‘The Delivery’ is the first CoDriver experience to debut. Passengers are virtually transported to the adventurous terrain of New Zealand and cast in the role of CoDriver for the ultimate off-road adventure. The drive sees them navigate rugged terrain and river crossings on a mysterious mission. 

This package of drone footage was used to promote the VR experience at the Bangkok International Motor Show.

Secon started as a family business, founded by Maurie Considine in 1969, and now handle a huge variety of goods for the retail, FMCG, light industrial, bulk plastics, food & dairy industries and more. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including container cartage, warehousing and distribution.

Working with marketing agency Three Scoops, I produced a brand film that showcased the people and services of Secon.

This video showcased the application of the Olympus Vanta as part of the Vegesafe program run by Macquarie University.
